The controller is the organisation named in the “Legal information” section, where its full name, taxpayer ID and address are given.

This policy explains how personal data left on the KamKam website is collected, processed, stored and protected. It is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On personal data”.
2. What data is collected
Application form: name, phone number, line of business and your comment.
Complaint form: name, contact details and the text of the complaint.
Technical data: IP address and request time — used only to detect spam and abuse.
The site does not request or accept documents, scans or payment card details.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: to review your application, contact you, prepare an offer and answer your complaint.
Legal basis: your explicit consent, given by a separate tick before the form is sent; without it the form is not sent.
Data is not used for marketing mailings and is not sold to third parties.
4. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time via the e-mail in “Legal information” or the form on the “Complaints” page.
After withdrawal the data is deleted except where retention is required by law.
5. Retention period and location
Data is kept for as long as needed to review the application and thereafter within the retention period set by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
The database is hosted on a server located in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Data is disclosed only where required by law or with your separate consent.
Where contractors are engaged, data protection terms are agreed with them.
7. Your rights
To know about, access, correct, block and demand deletion of data about you.
To withdraw consent and object to processing.
To apply to the competent state authority if the controller’s answer does not satisfy you.
8. Security measures
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access is restricted, and forms are protected by anti-spam checks and rate limits.
9. Cookies
The site stores the selected language in the browser. This is not sent to the server and does not identify you.
